Tech Lead Frontend | España
ROI UP Group is looking for Frontend Tech Lead
As the Tech Lead Frontend, you will be instrumental in guiding our frontend development initiatives, steering a dynamic team towards the creation of innovative and user-centric solutions. Your role encompasses technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Next.js is highly desirable, along with experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, Drupal/Acquia, GraphQL, web vitals optimization, component-driven design, Storybook, onboarding, mentoring, and proficiency in working with JIRA and Confluence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum C1 English level for effective communication with an international team and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading and mentoring a frontend development team.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Next.js, Sitecore XM Cloud headless services, Drupal/Acquia, GraphQL, and web vitals optimization.
- Familiarity with component-driven design principles and tools like Storybook.
- Experience in onboarding and mentoring new developers.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA) and documentation tools (Confluence).

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic technical leadership, emphasizing best practices in frontend development.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute frontend development tasks within project timelines.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and user requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, emphasizing best practices and ensuring code quality and consistency.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Leverage expertise in Next.js, Sitecore XM Cloud, Drupal/Acquia, GraphQL, and web vitals optimization to architect and develop robust frontend solutions.
- Implement and promote component-driven design principles, utilizing tools like Storybook for efficient component development and documentation.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new developers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
- Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of frontend component
